These terms apply to businesses that subscribe to the Wow Card service, and to end customers who interact with a Wow Card at a participating business location.
Wow Card provides physical NFC/QR tap cards and a software dashboard that help local businesses collect Google reviews and customer feedback. Subscribing businesses receive a signed service agreement at signup covering fees, term, and cancellation specific to their account.
Businesses may opt in to an SMS messaging add-on. End customers who provide their phone number through a Wow Card do so voluntarily and with explicit consent, and may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details on how phone numbers are used.
The service may not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, or to collect consent through misleading means. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their own review and business information.
The service is provided "as is." Wow Card is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
