Wow Card ("we," "us," or "our") provides NFC tap-to-review cards and a related software subscription to local businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
When a customer taps or scans a Wow Card at a participating business, they may voluntarily submit their phone number to receive future messages or offers from that business. We also collect brief feedback text when a customer indicates their experience could have been better. Business owners provide their own business and contact information when signing up for the service.
Customer phone numbers are used solely to send messages on behalf of the specific business the customer opted in with. Feedback text is shared only with that business, through their private dashboard, and is never made public. Business contact information is used to operate and bill for the subscription service.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through a business's Wow Card are used only to send messages on behalf of that specific business, and are not used to market unrelated businesses or services.
Message frequency varies by business and may include occasional promotional or thank-you messages, up to approximately 1-4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. For help, reply HELP or contact the business directly.
We retain customer data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service to the business the data was collected through, or as required by law.
